Michael J. Enright, Sr.

President
Mike started the company in May of 1989. He began his career as a plumber apprentice after graduating from Rockhurst High School and Penn Valley CC. Mike completed the plumbers Local 8 apprenticeship program and then worked for several local contracting firms as a journeyman plumber, foreman, superintendent and project manager. As president, Mike shares his knowledge of the plumbing business while continuing to project manage, supervise and provide leadership. Mike is especially proud to continue a family tradition. His grandfather, Murt Enright, owned and operated Rockhurst Plumbing and Heating in the late 1940s. His father, Jerry Enright, worked his career as a plumber while also serving Plumbers Local 8 as their Financial Secretary-Treasurer. Mike is active with the Mechanical Contractors Association of KC (MCAKC) currently serving as plumbing committee chairman. He is also a member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce. Mike holds the Master Plumber license for the company passing both Block and Associates exams in Kansas and Missouri. His spare time is spent with family, friends, attending sporting events, golfing, and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Mike Enright, Jr. has worked for his father off and on throughout his high school career, but became an official full-time employee in 2005. Mike graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Business Marketing degree. Mike performs multiple tasks including purchasing, cost control, marketing and safety policy while also assisting the project management and administrative team. Mike’s proficiency in all aspects is a direct result of his strong work ethic and positive attitude. Mike likes to play golf and basketball, watch any sporting event, and travel in his spare time.

Carrie Purvis
Office Manger
Carrie was hired on in August 2007. She graduated with a Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix. She previously worked in the insurance industry where she was in charge of new business underwriting and the contracting & licensing department. Carrie has proven to be a valuable and key employee. In her very short tenure as office manager our administrative efficiency has elevated. We are thrilled to have her on our team. Away from work Carrie likes to spend time with her two kids, bake cakes, and collect Longaberger baskets and pottery.

Tracy Lehr

Project Manager/Estimator
Tracy brings over 30 years of plumbing experience along with a reputation for honesty and integrity. After completing his apprenticeship program Tracy worked for several shops in his hometown of Wichita, Ks. In the mid 80s Tracy opened doors to his own plumbing business. He operated it for five years before moving his family to Idaho and then eventually Kansas City. Once in Kansas City, Tracy supervised many projects over a 7 year period including First Baptist Church of Raytown. Tracy's experience includes 3 years as Department Manager for a local mechanical contractor and the last 6 years project managing and estimating. We have been more than pleased to have Tracy working on our team. His leadership abilities and knowledge is a reflection of his resume. Some of his projects include: Norclay Addition, Park University Dormitory, Shawnee Justice Center and Firestation, JC Penney's in Shoal Creek and Overland Park. We are anxious to see what new and exciting projects Tracy will bring in the future. When Tracy isn't busy at Enright Plumbing, Inc. he likes to play golf, basketball, and spend time with his growing family.

Eric Williams

Service Manager
Eric is a key asset to EPi as we look to expand our service department. He got his start in plumbing when he listed in the Air Force Academy. While in the Air Force he earned the title Staff Sergeant for the Civil Engineering Quadrant. After his four years of active duty, he served four more years as a reserve at Whiteman Air Force Base. Eric started working for EPi 14 years ago as a plumber apprentice. He has proven to be a hard working, loyal and dedicated employee. As service manager Eric is asked to wear many hats. He does repairs, sales for new accounts, and most important maintains satisfaction with our current clientele. Eric is medical gas certified, gastite install certified, backflow certified, Rinnai Water Heater installer and service repairman, and Rheem Water Heater certified. Away from the job Eric likes to fish, play poker and do repairs on his house.
