Safety Incentive Program

The safety incentive program is designed to increase the level of safety awareness and create team spirit among employees. Our program has been revamped from years past. We have done away with handing out cash as an incentive for being safe. We now use a point system with a catalog of merchandise that employees can redeem their points with. The response from employees has been nothing but positive feedback. We will continue to work with our employees to keep the safety incentive program something the employees can look forward to. We pride ourselves on being a safe company and will reward our employees when they practice safe techniques.
